All game server services are expected to use hardware allocation on a fair share basis, eg. not storing extensive backups or personal files on your game server's folder(s) and attempting to lower CPU and/or I/O usage if asked.
VPS clients are expected to be mindful of fellow clients on the node by not partaking in disruptive CPU, I/O, or bandwidth usage. We expect clients to retain an average of 0.9 load or below. Slightly higher load averages may be allowed for small periods of time. Violations will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Though our network has been designed to efficiently mitigate attacks against your service(s), we do not expect or tolerate intentional stress-testing attacks on our network sent by the client / owner of the service in question. External attacks are expected to happen only periodically. If you are a constant subject of large DDoS attacks, we may present additional options and take additional precautions if necessary.
Accounts found sending floods, UDP scans, or otherwise malicious data will be investigated and suspended or terminated, as decided on a case-by-case basis.
